These Terms & Conditions govern the access to and use of eleviqon.com, owned by Eleviqon S.A.S., Tax ID (CUIT) 30-71984612-4. By accessing and using the site you accept these terms.
1. Purpose
Eleviqon operates an informational platform about real estate crowdlending projects in Argentina. Joining the waitlist does not imply the contracting of a financial product nor a public offering of securities.
2. Registration and eligibility
To operate on the platform you must be over 18 years old, reside in Argentina and pass identity verification procedures in accordance with the applicable UIF and CNV resolutions.
3. Risks
Real estate investments are subject to risks, including construction delays, market fluctuations and regulatory contingencies. Estimated returns are not a guarantee of results.
4. Intellectual property
The content, trademarks, logos and developments published on the site are the property of Eleviqon or its licensors. Their reproduction without express authorisation is prohibited.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Argentine law, Eleviqon will not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profit or loss of opportunity arising from the use of the site.
6. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute will be submitted to the ordinary courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, waiving any other jurisdiction.
