At Eleviqon S.A.S. ("Eleviqon", "we") we respect your privacy and protect the personal data you share with us through eleviqon.com. This document explains what information we collect, for what purpose and what your rights are under Argentine Personal Data Protection Law No. 25,326 and complementary regulations.

2. Data we collect
We collect data you voluntarily provide through our forms (name, email address, optional phone number) and technical data generated during your browsing (IP address, device type, pages visited and date/time of access).
3. Purpose of processing
We use your data to: (a) share information about real estate investment opportunities and Eleviqon updates; (b) respond to enquiries and requests; (c) analyse and improve our services; (d) comply with legal and regulatory obligations, including UIF and CNV rules.
4. Legal basis
The legal basis is your free, express and informed consent, the performance of a pre-contractual relationship and compliance with legal obligations applicable to the fintech sector and the capital markets.
5. Third parties and transfers
We may share your data with technology providers acting on behalf of Eleviqon (hosting, email delivery, analytics) under strict confidentiality agreements. We do not sell or trade your personal data.
6. Retention
We keep your data for as long as you maintain a relationship with Eleviqon and afterwards during the periods required by Argentine regulations, particularly tax, commercial and anti-money-laundering rules.
7. Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, updating and deletion by writing to privacy@eleviqon.com. The Agency for Access to Public Information, the control body for Law 25,326, is competent to handle complaints and claims.
